A1: Kolspire is an influencer marketing self-service platform connecting prestigious advertiser to influencer for brand, products and services campaign. With Kolspire, advertiser can find the right talent for the brand, products and services to runs the campaign.

Q2: Who can use Kolspire?
A2: Any brands, marketers, PR, and communication agencies can use Kolspire.

Q3: Is Kolspire a worldwide platform?
A3: Yes, Kolspire is open to brands and influencers from anywhere in the world.

Q4: Do I have to pay anything to register?
A4: No. Registration is totally free. You only pay on-demand for each fully promoted campaign you create.

Q5: How much does it cost to promote my brand or product?
A5: You can start a campaign for as low as RM100, all included. However, to have a better and scalable results, advertiser spend on average between RM3,000 and RM15,000 per campaign.

Q6: Does the price I pay include the influencer’s compensation?
A6: Yes. You pay Kolspire, and we secure your payment until your campaign is fully promoted by the influencer. Once your campaign is completed and validated, we release the payment to the influencer. When does the payment get charged to my credit card?

Q7: The payment will ever only be charged to your credit card when you approve the post proposal from an influencer. Nothing is charged to register, create a brief or review post proposals from influencers. How long does it take to create a campaign?
A7: It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to create a campaign.

Q8:How good are the influencers?
A8: All of our influencers have at least 5,000 Instagram followers. Once they are registered, our influencers have to undergo an in-depth verification process where we make sure that they post quality content and that they have a highly engaged and real audience. If we identify influencers with low quality content, low engagement rate, fake followers, we remove them from our platform.

Q9: How do I identify the ideal influencer for my campaign?
A9: When you create a campaign, all the indicated criteria (location, age, the gender of the influencer as well as your budget and business type, etc.) will be compared to our database of thousands of registered influencers. Our algorithms will then select the influencers best matching your campaign requirements. Influencer interested to promote your campaign will then send you post proposals. That way, it is easier for you to spot out and select the best influencers for your brand. Our algorithms review, classify, and rank Instagram influencers to best fit your campaign requirements. This ensures that your campaign will be promoted by the most appropriate influencer to have maximum impact and results.

Q10: Can I select the influencer that will promote my brand?
A10: Yes, for each campaign, you can preview and approve the promoting influencers and the content before committing a cent.

Q11: How will the influencer promote my brand/product?
A11: Based on your campaign brief, influencers will create and submit a post proposal with their price and content for the collaboration. You can either approve; ask for a modification of the post; negotiate the price. If you approve, the influencers will then publish it on their social media and collect the payment from us. The influencers will post on their Instagram account in full compliance with your brief and our posting rules.

Q12: What if an influencer or a brand breaches the Rules and Guidelines?
A12: Our Rules and Guidelines are very important to us for the Kolspire community. Breaching them may lead to an immediate account suspension. If you feel that a member has breached our Rules and Guidelines, please let us know at contact@kolspire.com

Q13: How many influencers will promote my campaign?
A13: For each campaign, you can involve as many influencers as you wish.

Q14: How to withdraw credits in your account?
A14: Go to My Credit and look for Credit Withdrawal Section. You need to fill in your banking information before making any withdrawal. After your banking information is confirm, you can click on the Withdraw button for credit withdrawal. Please take note that your credits must be at least 150 before you are eligible to make a withdrawal. *For Kolspire Soft-Launching and any similar campaigns, please refer to your account manager for withdrawal process.

Q15: How long is the withdrawal process/When do I get the money from withdrawal?
A15: Kolspire will process all withdrawals on the 1st and 15th of every month. Normally you can get your payment within 3 working days after the 1st or 15th of the month. Please take note that you need to submit your withdrawal within the withdrawal window which is before 8th or 24th of the month to get your payment promptly, any withdrawal request after the date will automatically move into next batch of withdrawal window.

A3: You need a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram to be eligible to sign up.

Q4: When do I get paid? How long to process payment?
A4: Usually it takes 7-14 working days for the money to reach your bank account after you've made the withdrawal from your wallet in Kolspire.

Q5: How much does Kolspire cost?
A5: If you were successfully complete for a campaign,we do charge Influencers 10% out of the successful campaigns only.

Q6: How much money can I make promoting a brand/product?
A6: Depending on your followers count and average engagement rate.

Q7: Do I have to pay anything to register or to promote brands?
A7: No. You don’t have to pay anything at all.

Q8: How long does it take for brands to respond to my proposals?
A8: Brands usually respond to proposals within a week. However, some brands prefer to receive many proposals from different influencers before deciding. In this case, brands take longer to respond. We greatly appreciate the effort you put into making proposals.
